A code the customer types so you can give them a discount. Unlike a promotion, here the customer has to know it and enter it.

The video for this tutorial is on its way.

You build the code
You give it whatever name you like —HOLIDAY25, WELCOME— and choose whether it takes off a percentage or a fixed amount. It's the one you send on WhatsApp, put on a sign, or hand to someone who bought from you for the first time.
You set limits and it switches itself off
You define how many times it can be used in total and per customer, the last day it works and a minimum purchase to use it. When the uses run out it stops working without you having to remember to turn it off.
It works on both sides
The customer can use it buying online, or tell you at the counter so you enter it when you take payment.
For whom and on what
It can work for the whole store or only some products or categories, and you can keep it for a customer's first purchase or for customers who have already bought several times. On each coupon's page you see every time it was used: on which order, by whom and how much came off.

They apply themselves when you take payment. The customer doesn't have to say anything or type any code: if they take what you put in the promotion, the discount comes off.

Three ways to set one up
Two for one. The second one cheaper. Or a percentage off from so many units up. Pick whichever is closest to what you already do at the counter.
You choose what it covers
Everything you sell, one whole category, or only the products you tick. And you set from when to when it runs: down to the day of the week and the hour, if you want it only on Tuesdays.
For whoever buys by the box
If someone takes a dozen, you give them the dozen price. You mark how many units the discount starts at and which products it covers. It lets you sell in bulk without keeping a second price list.
A cap, and whether it stacks with a coupon
You can set a usage limit and decide whether it can be used together with a coupon. If it can't, the coupon doesn't apply once the promo is in.

Several products together at a fixed price, cheaper than buying them separately. The burger with the fries and the drink.

You choose what's in it and what it costs
You build the bundle with whatever products you want and how many of each, set the pack price and how long it runs. We show the customer how much they save against buying it loose.
It sells at the counter and online
Once you switch it on it shows up on both sides. At the counter it sits in its own tab, next to the loose products, so you find it fast.
If one runs out, none of them sell
The bundle checks the stock of every product it contains. If just one runs out, the whole bundle can't be sold until you restock that one.
