What you sell: prices, how much you have, photos and how you sort it.

Load what you sell

Open in your dashboard

It's what will take you the longest, and you do it once. You load a product and it's ready on both sides: when you take payment at the counter and when someone buys online.

The video for this tutorial is on its way.

Load it once and it works everywhere
For each product you set the price, how much you have and a photo. If it comes in different sizes, colors or flavors, each one has its own price and its own stock. If you sell food, you add the extras the customer picks on the side: they add to the price, but carry no stock.
If you have a lot, don't load them one by one
If your list is already in a spreadsheet, you upload it and they all come in together. That's the difference between starting to sell today and starting next week.
Write down what it cost you too
Besides the selling price, put in what you paid for each thing. It's the only way to know later what you actually make. Products where you leave it out are left out of that sum: we don't make it up for you.
Tracking stock, or not
If it sits on the shelf, leave stock tracking on: it goes down with every sale and we warn you when it's running low. If you cook it to order or buy it in on demand, turn it off: it sells without limit and you don't have to keep entering quantities. If your business has a kitchen and you mark a dish as made to order, it turns off on its own.
Fix it without opening the product
From the list you duplicate it to load a similar one, get its QR code, correct its stock, pause it or make it in-store only.

How you organise your catalog

Open in your dashboard

Categories group what you sell so the customer finds what they're after quickly. Every product sits in one.

The video for this tutorial is on its way.

It's how whoever walks in sees your shop
Drinks, bakery, heavy hardware: that's how your catalog gets divided. If one category has piled up too many products it's worth splitting, and if you have several nearly empty ones, merging them.
You switch off a whole aisle's sales
From the category's settings you cut online sales for all its products at once, without going one by one. And if you switch it off, you can also hide their prices.
You assign products in bulk
You don't have to open each product to say where it belongs: from the category you pick everything that goes in it, all at once.
Deactivating isn't the same as stopping online sales
If you deactivate a category, all its products are switched off: they come off the counter and the catalog. If you only want nobody to order them online, stop online sales, which is the point above. When you reactivate it, the ones it switched off come back; the ones you had switched off by hand stay off.

Changing many prices at once

Open in your dashboard

Raising or lowering the price of a whole batch of products together: by percentage, by a fixed amount, or setting them all to the same price.

The video for this tutorial is on its way.

You choose how it adjusts
An even percentage, a fixed amount, or putting them all at the same figure. You can ask it to round, so you don't end up with three-decimal prices you can't actually charge.
Careful with «select all»
That tick doesn't just mark what you can see on screen: it marks everything matching the filter you have on at that moment. It's brilliant for putting 10% on a whole category, and that's exactly why it's worth checking the filter before you tick it.
You always see the before and after
Before anything is touched we show you the list with each product's old and new price. Nothing changes until you confirm.

Loading many products at once

Open in your dashboard

So you don't go product by product when you're starting out, or when new stock comes in. You upload a file and they all come out together.

The video for this tutorial is on its way.

From a spreadsheet
We give you the format, you fill it in with your products and upload it. It's the most direct route if your list is already on your computer.
Or straight from a photo of your list
If your plan includes it, you upload a photo, a PDF or a messy spreadsheet and we read it anyway, without you having to tidy it up first.
You review before anything is created
After uploading the file you see each product in a table, and that's where you fix the price, the category or the unit if something came out wrong. They're only really created once you confirm.
Photos, in bulk too
If your products are already loaded and you're missing the photos, you upload them all at once and pick the product for each. If the file is named after the product code, it's picked for you. Each product takes up to 8 photos.
