Your business numbers

Open in your dashboard

How much came in, how much you kept and how you got paid. All ready to download and send to your accountant.

The video for this tutorial is on its way.

Pick the period and that's it
It starts by showing you the last 30 days. You change the dates —last week, the whole year, the long weekend— and every number is rebuilt over that.
The part you send your accountant
How much came in as cash, how much on card, how much by transfer, how much through Mercado Pago, how much through wallets and QR and how much went on account. Split out and ready to download.
Profit comes from what you entered
To know what you make, you have to know what it cost. Up at the top we tell you what share of your sales has that figure entered: if it says a small share, the profit number is only looking at part of what you sold. Profit and margin live in the Profitability tab, which also breaks out what each combo and each promotion brought in.
Download it as a spreadsheet or PDF
You download the period's sales and profit as a spreadsheet, to work on yourself, or as a PDF, to send as it is.
The charts, in Analytics
Next to Reports is Analytics: you see day by day how much you sold, how you did against the previous period, where your money comes in —the counter or the catalog— and which products bring in the most.
