Sales

Everything that comes in: the counter, online orders, the restaurant and the workshop.

Orders that come in on their own

Open in your dashboard

What you sell at the counter, what people buy online and what you write down by hand all land in the same list. When a new one comes in, it rings.

The video for this tutorial is on its way.

All together, no looking in two places
It doesn't matter how the order reached you: you see it with the status it's in, how much it is and who ordered. If you're serving or cooking, the notice still reaches you.
You move it without opening each one
From the list itself you change the status, print the receipt or put a driver on it. You go into the detail only when you need to see everything.
Download the numbers when you need them
You can download the list as a spreadsheet or a PDF, to hand to your accountant or to go through yourself when you have a minute. When you download it you choose the dates, the status and where the orders came from.
If delivery was left to be agreed, you close it here
When an order comes in with delivery to be agreed, its detail view shows you where to enter the amount once you've settled it with the customer. On saving, the total recalculates itself and the notice disappears. Careful: you can't enter it on an order that's already paid, because it would leave a debt nobody is going to collect.

Inside an order

Open in your dashboard

When you tap an order you see everything in it: who ordered, what they’re taking, how they pay and where it has been. And right there you take the payment, notify the customer and move it along.

The video for this tutorial is on its way.

Mark it paid when the money comes in
When the transfer lands or they pay you in cash, tap Mark as paid and choose how they paid. Pick the real method: that’s what adds up in your register count. If they paid with MercadoPago there’s nothing to do, it’s marked on its own. You, the admin or the manager can take the payment; the cashier and the kitchen can’t.
Notify them on WhatsApp with the message ready
As soon as you take the payment we offer to notify the customer. Your WhatsApp opens with the message written —their name, the order and your store—, you change it if you want and you send it yourself. There’s also the Notify via WhatsApp button, to tell them anything else about the order.
The status, in one tap
At the top you have the statuses as buttons. The highlighted ones are the usual next steps; the faded ones can be tapped too, in case you need to skip one. And every time you change it, we offer to let the customer know on WhatsApp.
The ticket and the order’s history
With Print you get the ticket for the customer or for the kitchen, thermal printers included. And below is the history: every status change, when it happened and with what note.

Take payment at the counter

Open in your dashboard

This is the screen you'll have open all day: you search what they ask for, add it and take the money. Built to move fast when there's a queue.

The video for this tutorial is on its way.

First you open the register
At the start of the day you write down how much cash you're starting with. At the end you count what's there and we tell you whether it adds up or whether something's missing. You can't take payment without opening the register, and that's on purpose: it's what makes the numbers add up at close.
Sell without leaving the counter
The moment you come in you can type straight into the search box, without clicking anything: the name, the code, or run the scanner over the label. If you do not search anything, it shows your best sellers, which is almost always what they are about to ask for.
Discounts come off on their own
If you've set up a promotion, it applies itself when the customer takes what it covers. On top of that you can knock something off by hand or take a coupon: one or the other, not both.
Take payment however they pay
When you ring it up you choose how they pay, and if they pay with two things —part cash, part transfer— you split it, and it works out the change. If you take down their name and phone, the customer is saved with the purchase. At the end you print the ticket, or a full-page receipt for someone buying a lot; neither one is a tax invoice.
If the internet goes down, you keep selling
The dot up top turns red and the counter keeps working: each sale is saved on the computer and uploads by itself when the connection is back. Meanwhile promotions and coupons are not applied and you can’t charge to a customer account; you print the ticket once the sale has uploaded.

The customer asks how much it all comes to before deciding. You build the cart as usual and hand them a sheet with the details and the total, without charging or touching stock.

The video for this tutorial is on its way.

You build the cart as usual
Add the products, quantities and any discount you want to give, just like a sale. The quote uses the same prices you'll charge: the selected price list, promotions and manual discount.
Who it's for, if you want
Tap «Quote» at the top of the cart. You can pick a customer from your list or type a name, and it shows on the sheet. If you don't need it, print right away.
The sheet comes out, nothing is sold
An A4 sheet titled QUOTE opens, with your details, the items and the total, ready to print or save. No sale is recorded, no stock is deducted and the cash register isn't touched. The cart stays as it was: if the customer says yes, you charge it right there.

The till and closing up

Open in your dashboard

Every shift is a snapshot: what you opened with, what you sold and what you counted at the end. The day it doesn't add up, the detail is here to find out where it went.

The video for this tutorial is on its way.

Opening and closing the shift
You open with the float you leave in the drawer. To close, you first settle the orders left unpaid; then you count method by method: you count the cash, and electronic payments come filled in with what the system expects. The difference gets recorded, over or short.
Every shift is kept
You get the list of every shift with who opened it, who closed it, what was expected and what was counted. You can search by till or by person, and filter by date.
A closed shift can't be touched
Opening a shift shows you the breakdown: how much came in as cash, how much on card, how much by other means, and the final difference. It can't be edited, and that's on purpose: that's what makes it hold up when someone asks.

Tables and kitchen orders

Open in your dashboard

Each table carries an open bill that grows as they order. At a glance you see which are free, which are taken and which have already asked for the bill.

The video for this tutorial is on its way.

First you set up your tables
You create each table with its name, its section, its shape and how many people fit, and on the floor plan you lay them out as they are in the place, chairs included. Each section can have its own waiter. If you stop using one, deactivate it rather than delete it: it comes off the screen but keeps all its history.
Rounds go to the kitchen
Inside the bill you add dishes as they come. What you add stays unsent until you hit Send to kitchen: only then does the kitchen see it, together, as one round. You can send as many rounds as you need on the same table. If the kitchen has a printer, each round's ticket prints on its own.
Asking for the bill isn't payment
When they ask, you mark it and the table is flagged so anyone on the team can see it's waiting. The money hasn't come in yet: that happens when you take payment, and there you can split it across several methods and add a discount or a coupon.
Everyone on the team in their lane
The waiter opens tables, enters rounds and asks for the bill; whoever is on the till takes the payment: you, the manager or the cashier. The kitchen doesn't touch the bills, it sees the tickets on its screen. Setting up tables and areas is for you and the manager.
The dining menu and its QR
You choose which products are offered at the tables and at what price, which can differ from the counter. Whatever runs out you hide without deleting it, and the menu QR goes on the tables so your customers can see it on their phone.

From the moment the item comes in until they take it away. Each job moves across a board of five stages, and at a glance you see what's stuck and for how long.

The video for this tutorial is on its way.

Taking it in means noting three things
Who brought it, what it is and what's wrong. That's enough to start. The rest of the details are optional and you fill them in when you have them. If the customer leaves money up front, enter it as a Deposit: it goes into the cash register, so the register has to be open.
The board tells you where everything is
Received, diagnosing, waiting for customer, repairing, and ready. You move the card from one column to the next as it progresses. If a job sits too long in one stage, the card flags it on its own.
Nobody is kept waiting without a price
To move a job to waiting for customer you need the diagnosis and the amount. If they're missing, we ask for them before moving it. That's on purpose: nobody can decide whether to accept a repair without knowing what it costs.
You notify them at the moments that matter
When a job moves to waiting for customer or to ready, we offer to let them know: your WhatsApp opens with the message written and you send it.
Parts and labour, on the job
You enter the parts you used —they come out of your stock— and the labour. That's what gets charged on hand-over, minus the deposit if they left one.

A record for everyone who buys from you: how to reach them, what they took and what they spent. They get added on their own when you take payment, or you enter them yourself.

The video for this tutorial is on its way.

They get added when you take payment
If you note the name and phone while ringing up at the counter, that customer is saved along with their purchase. You can also enter them yourself with the full details.
You find them however you remember them
Search by name, phone, email or ID, and it filters as you type. Once you have a lot of them, you can also split them by type.
The history is never lost
Deactivating a customer doesn't delete anything: they go inactive with all their purchases, and you switch them back on the day they return.
Each customer's record
Open a customer and it's all together: what they bought, how much they spend per month and their favorite category, their delivery addresses and, if you sell to them on credit, their account, which you can also open from there. And one tap messages them on WhatsApp.
