Set up your shop

Open in your dashboard

First thing is entering your business details. Ten minutes, once, and everything your customer sees later comes from here.

The video for this tutorial is on its way.

Your name and your shop's address
You enter your business name, phone and where you are. From that we build your store's address: winkelsapp.com/your-business. That's the one you send customers on WhatsApp, put on your sign, and that goes out in the emails. Right there you also switch online orders on or off: switched off, your catalog still shows but nobody can buy.
The hours your customer sees
You set the days and hours you're open, and they show on your shop page. With "Open 24/7" on they're there to tell the customer, not to lock the door: if someone turns up at 3 in the morning on a Sunday, they can still place the order. Turn it off and sales pause on their own outside those hours.
How your receipt comes out
You choose how the receipt you hand the customer looks: whether it has your logo, whether it has a QR code so they can follow their order from their phone, and what it says at the bottom. You see it on screen before sending it to the printer, so you don't waste paper testing.
Your rules, in plain sight
You enter your terms and conditions, your privacy policy and your returns and exchanges policy. They show up as links at the bottom of your catalog; any you leave empty isn't shown.

You add the people working with you and decide what each one can touch. Whoever serves sells and takes payment; whoever loads products has no reason to see your figures.

You create the account on the spot
You put in a name, a username and a password, and that's it. No email gets sent: you hand over the credentials yourself, by message or in person.
Each one sees their own part
Depending on what you allow them, the menu comes out different for each: only what they can use shows up. If you want them to do more or less, open their record and change their role.
Removing access doesn't erase their work
If someone leaves, you deactivate them and they can't log in anymore. Everything they entered while they were there —sales, products— stays where it is. Only the owner can add, change or remove people: an Administrator sees the list but can't touch it, and the rest of the team doesn't see it.

Your team's audit

Open in your dashboard

Who did what with the money, the tables and the cash register is recorded, and what's worth reviewing is highlighted. Only you see it: not even an Administrator gets in.

The video for this tutorial is on its way.

Everything is recorded, with name and role
Sales, cancellations, manual discounts, payment changes, register openings and closings, price changes and what happens at the tables. Each entry says when, who and with what role they did it: if you later change their role or deactivate them, what they did still says who they were. Nobody can edit or delete it, not even you.
Everyone's figures, and each person's
You pick 7, 14, 30 or 90 days and see sales, cancellations, manual discounts (separate from promotions and coupons) and the cash difference. Below there's a card per person with their figures and how many things they have to review: tap it to see only theirs.
It flags what's worth reviewing
With «Needs review only» you're left with the highlighted ones: something cancelled after it was paid, a table voided with items on it, a dish removed when it was already in the kitchen, a manual discount, a payment that went from paid to unpaid, a payment moved from cash to another method, a register that closed with a difference and a refunded deposit. It doesn't block anything: it flags it and you decide.

The alerts you get

Open in your dashboard

When an order comes in, when something's about to expire, when someone on your team makes a move. Here's where you see them and how you pick which ones you want.

The video for this tutorial is on its way.

Where they show up
In the bell at the top right, with the count of the ones you haven't seen. Tap one and we take you straight to what happened: the order that came in, the repair that moved along. And if they've piled up, you can mark them all as seen at once or open the screen with the full list.
The bell and email are set up separately
The bell is the alert inside the app, and you can have it make a sound too. Email runs on its own track with its own list: switching one on doesn't switch on the other. The bell comes grouped by topic —orders, stock, finance— so you handle it by block instead of one at a time.
Little reaches you by email, and that's deliberate
We only email you about what you can't miss: your plan, billing, security and your referrals. Orders and stock alert you in the bell, not in your inbox: we'd rather that than fill it up.
They're yours, not the shop's
What you set here applies to your user and nothing else. If whoever works the counter finds the sound annoying, they switch it off from their own account and yours keeps ringing.

Your account's security

Open in your dashboard

Two-step verification: making sure that having your password isn't enough to get into your business.

The video for this tutorial is on its way.

Why it matters more than it looks
Whoever gets your password gets everything: your sales, your customers, your figures. With verification on they also need the code we send to your email, which only you see.
It takes two minutes to turn on
You hit Activate, we send a code to your account's email, you type it in and it's done. From then on we ask for it every time you log in.
It's for your account, not your team's
Verification goes by email, and the people who work with you log in with a username and no email: they can't turn it on. That's why each of them should have their own password and not share it.

What you're paying, what it includes and how to change it. Change it whenever you want: there's no lock-in.

The video for this tutorial is on its way.

What you pay and what it includes
At the top you see your plan, what you pay and everything it brings. Below, the plans side by side, so you can compare what each one adds.
Paying yearly costs less
One switch toggles the table between monthly and yearly prices: paying yearly saves you the percentage shown next to it.
Changing plans
If you move up, you pay today the difference for the days left in your period and the new plan applies right away. If you move down, the change applies from the next period: until then you keep what you already paid for.
Your payments, in plain sight
The payment history shows every plan and module charge, with its date, amount and whether it's paid. Each period you get an invoice with a link to pay it by card, transfer or your wallet balance.

If your plan doesn't include something you need, add it on its own. Pick several, pay for them together and cancel whenever you want.

The video for this tutorial is on its way.

Bought on their own, without changing plans
Suppliers, batches with expiry dates, store credit, full delivery: if your plan doesn't include it, add it separately. Tap the ones you want and buy them together in one payment: they all go live the same day.
Before buying, check what it does
Each module has a description and a «?» explaining what it's for. Read it before adding it: reading is cheaper than paying for something you weren't going to use.
Today you only pay what's left of the period
The first payment is the prorated part until your period ends; after that the module goes on the same invoice as the plan. You pay from the link, by card, transfer or your wallet balance.
